The project proponent makes a self-declaration about the project\u2019s expected environmental impact and its compliance with the CCS\u2019s Principles and Criteria. After this:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"n8H08c UVNKR\">\n<li class=\"TYR86d wXCUfe zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">The project is registered<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"TYR86d wXCUfe zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">An Estimated Amount of Circular Credits is allocated to the Project<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf\" start=\"3\">\n<li class=\"TYR86d wXCUfe zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Implementation of project activities and monitoring of results<\/strong>, updating the Estimating Amount reported to the Hub.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf\" start=\"4\">\n<li class=\"TYR86d wXCUfe zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Negotiation and transaction of credits<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>&#8211; Once a potential buyer or investor expresses interest in the project, the Hub will help parties negotiate and conclude a transaction, which could result in financial support to the project.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf\" start=\"5\">\n<li class=\"TYR86d wXCUfe zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Verification of the results of the project<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>\u2013 at this stage, the buyer will need to contract for verification of the project\u2019s impact and its compliance with the Circular Action Standard&#8217;s Principles and Criteria. Once verification is concluded, the Verified Amount of Circular Credits is allocated to the Project and transferred to the Buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"n8H08c BKnRcf\" start=\"6\">\n<li class=\"TYR86d wXCUfe zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Retirement of circular credits<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>&#8211; once credits are used for any specific claim, the party must inform the Circular Action Hub in order to have these credits retired from the Project\u2019s Registry.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Projects must follow the process described below to create and sell credits under&nbsp;the Circular Credits Mechanism: Project registration form (PRF) completion describing the project activities, the situation prior to the project, the expected project benefits, and the monitoring plan.
